Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of dogs is Pawlink for?
Pawlink is designed for medium to large breed dogs (Labrador, Golden Retriever, GSD, Rottweiler, and similar). The BraidBone and Tug Ring are built for strong chewers. The Glow Ball and Treat Pod work great for all dog sizes.
Is it safe for aggressive chewers?
The BraidBone uses high-density cotton braided rope with 4 reinforced knots. The Tug Ring is one-piece TPR molding. No small parts to swallow. Always supervise your dog during play and replace worn modules as needed.
How do I clean the modules?
BraidBone: machine wash cold, air dry. Tug Ring and Glow Ball: rinse with water or mild soap. Treat Pod: dishwasher safe (top rack).
Can I buy individual replacement modules?
Yes! That's the whole point of the modular system. If a module wears out, you replace only that part — not the entire toy. Replacement modules available on Kickstarter and after launch.
Does the Glow Ball really float?
Yes. The TPR micro-foam material is less dense than water. Perfect for pool, lake, or beach play.
